Does the double room in Buholz (standard or superior) have its own toilet / shower and kitchenette?

We offer a toilet / shower in every room. The double rooms in Buholz do not have cooking facilities, but they do have a small refrigerator, coffee machine and some cutlery.

Do the budget rooms in Lindenstrasse 48 (single or double) have their own toilet / shower and kitchenette??

The rooms do not have cooking facilities, but they do have a small refrigerator, coffee machine, and some cutlery. There are two bathrooms in the apartment that can be used by the guests together.

How far are the apartments from the closest supermarkets and main Lucerne station?

• Buholz: Supermarket is 5 mins away. Lucerne main station is by bus approx. 25 minutes away. By car approx. 10-15 minutes away.
• Dietwil: Supermarket is 15 min away by car, Lucerne main station approximately 25 minutes’ drive away.
• Kriens: Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss enternt. Luzern Hauptahnhof ca. 10 Autominuten.
• Lindenstraße 46/48/21: Supermarket is 5 min away by car, Lucerne main station approximately 10 minutes away with a car or with a bus.
• City Apartment 1/2: Supermarket is 2-5 min walk away, Lucerne main station approximately 5-15 minutes’ walk away.

Is breakfast buffet available?

Most of our apartments are equipped with a kitchen to cook breakfast in, hence we do not offer a breakfast buffet. The rooms without a kitchen have a fridge and a coffee machine for your convenience.

Is there a lift?

Kriens, Dietwil and City Apartments 1 are equipped with an elevator. Lindenstrasse 48 apartments has also a lift available, but only from the 1st floor up (not accessible with a wheel chair). Unfortunately we do not have a lift in the other buildings.

Does the apartments have one or two bathrooms?

Most of our apartments are with one bathroom, exception is Dietwil apartments where we have also a second bath room.

Do you still offer bus tickets for the city?

Yes, we can provide a bus ticket for the Zone 10. The bus ticket also offers some discounts to various museums and sightseeing around Lucerne.

Is it possible to reserve parking spaces?

• Lindenstrasse: Lindenstrasse: it is possible to reserve parking spaces, costs CHF 10.- / day per parking space, The availability we will always check after the reservation.
• Buholz: Free parking spaces are available.
• Dietwil: For each apartment we offer a free parking space.
• City Apartments 1/2 & Kriens: Unfortunately we cannot offer any parking spaces here.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are allowed. Additional costs might be charged, depending on the size and breed of the dog.

Which brand is the coffee machines, do they work with capsules? If yes, is the capsules provided?

Yes, we have capsule coffee machines, the brand we use is Delizio. We provided some amount of the capsules, but if needed, it is possible to buy more of the Delizio-Capsules from the store nearby.

It is possible to check-in earlier than 16pm? If not, can the luggage be stored until the apartment is ready?

The possibility of an early check-in we will have to check closer to the arrival date. On the main train station in Lucerne is some luggage storage you can use if needed.
