General information about our rooms
We offer single and double rooms in many locations for different budgets and requirements. The facilities always includes a single or a double bed (depending on the apartment/room) and a wardrobe. The fully furnished living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom are also available for shared use by the tenants. Free WiFi in all apartments.
The shared apartments are especially suitable for seasonal residents and for tenants who are looking for an inexpensive place to live for a longer or indefinite period of time.
Single room for 1 person: 850 CHF per month
A deposit of 400 CHF must be paid.
Double room for 2 persons: 1250.- CHF per month, (625.- per person)
Room can also be used by fewer people. However, the rate of the maximum occupancy will be charged, a deposit of 400.- CHF per person must be paid.

- weekly room-/apartment cleaning
- change of the linen every 14 days
- change of the towels every 7 days
- washing machine and tumble dryer in the house (token machine)
